1. Acceptance of Terms By using the site or booking a class, you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent/guardian’s permission, to create a booking. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Accounts, Bookings, and Accuracy Provide correct details for confirmations and reminders.

When you book a session, you agree to provide accurate contact information so we can send confirmations, studio updates, and safety instructions.

  • Check your email and phone number before submitting a booking.
  • If you spot an error, contact support as soon as possible to avoid missed communications.
  • We are not responsible for missed notices due to incorrect details you provide.
3. Payments, Taxes, and Pricing What you pay, when you pay, and how totals are calculated.

Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout. Taxes (if applicable) may be added depending on your location and the nature of the service.

We may change pricing for future classes, memberships, or special workshops; such changes do not affect bookings already confirmed.

  • Payment may be required at the time of booking to reserve your seat.
  • Discounts and promotions are subject to stated expiration dates and conditions.
  • Chargebacks or reversals may result in cancellation of access to the booked session.
4. Cancellations, Refunds, and Rescheduling How we handle refund requests, missed sessions, and moving dates.

Because studio capacity is limited, cancellations and rescheduling are time-sensitive. If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us promptly.

  • Reschedule: requests made 48 hours or more before the start time are typically eligible for a date change (subject to availability).
  • Refund: requests made 72 hours or more before the start time are generally eligible for a refund to the original payment method.
  • Late cancellations / no-show: may be non-refundable due to reserved materials and staffing.

If we cancel a session (for example, due to instructor illness or studio issues), you may choose a full refund or rescheduling.

5. Studio Conduct and Safety Respectful behavior, safe tool use, and instructor guidance.

Pottery involves tools, glazes, and equipment that require attention and care. You agree to follow instructor directions and posted studio rules.

  • No harassment, discrimination, or disruptive conduct.
  • Use equipment only as instructed; report damage or unsafe conditions immediately.
  • Arrive on time; late arrivals may limit your ability to participate safely.
  • We may refuse service or remove participants for safety or conduct reasons.
6. Intellectual Property Content ownership, permitted use, and restrictions.

The website content (text, design, logos, and class materials) is owned by or licensed to PrimeCell Studio and is protected by applicable laws.

You may view, print, or save pages for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

7. User Content and Photos What happens if you share images, reviews, or feedback.

If you submit a review, message, or photo, you represent that you have the rights to share it and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use such content for operating, improving, and promoting our services (for example, featuring a class review), unless you explicitly request removal and removal is feasible.

8. Privacy and Cookies How we handle basic analytics and cookie preferences.

We use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences (such as theme) and to understand site performance. You can manage cookie preferences using the cookie banner controls.

We do not sell personal information. If you contact support, we use your message and contact details to respond and to keep service records.

9. Disclaimers Service provided “as is” and course outcomes.

Classes are provided on an “as is” basis. Outcomes vary based on participant experience, attendance, and practice. While we aim for a great learning experience, we cannot guarantee specific artistic results.

We are not responsible for interruptions caused by events outside our reasonable control (for example, extreme weather or utility outages).

10. Limitation of Liability Reasonable limits to damages to the extent allowed by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrimeCell Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim related to the services will not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific class giving rise to the claim.

11. Changes to Services Schedule, instructor, materials, and site updates.

We may modify course content, studio materials, class times, instructors, and the website to improve quality and safety. If a meaningful change affects your confirmed booking, we will provide reasonable notice when possible.
